We use CNC automatic turning machines in the machining process.

Electro-drilling

We use a wire electroerosion cutting machine processing. Technical possibilities - Traverse in axis X, Y 550 x 370 mm - Traverse in axis Z 310 mm - Traverse in axis U, V 120 mm x 120 mm Weight up to 1000kg

Conventional

Our plant performs turning lathe, milling and grinding machine processes on conventional machines. Other - Screw thread rolling from M5 to M100 - Slotting machine - DAA 16 - Maximum slider stroke 160 mm - Displacement angle 10° - Horizontal table travel x=350 mm - Cross table travel y=200 mm - Vertical table travel z=300 mm - Table diameter fi=450

           

Sawing

We use  band sawing machines to cut metal components of diameter up to 400 mm and weight 2000 kg.
