Cookies are small text files assigned to your internet browser, stored on your hard drive, thanks to which certain information comes to the place where cookies are placed (in this case by us). Cookies cannot run any programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to prepare information that is adequate to your online needs.

The website you view saves the so-called cookies on your computer. These files are mainly used to identify you on the site. They store the ID of your session so that the page knows what content you want to display (e.g. your private messages).

Cookies are also used by various scripts that collect statistical information on this site, thanks to which its administrators know what content is most frequently viewed, and thus can adjust the content of the website to the expectations of users. A similar principle is used by scripts of trade enterprises which display advertisements on their websites. Thanks to cookie files, they can check which websites you enter and therefore know which advertisements to display to you (e.g. if you have entered websites presenting books, then the advertising boxes will display advertisements of the books to you).

If you do not want this site to save cookies on your computer, you can disable them (this however may render the site inaccessible).

Mozilla Firefox: in the “Tools” menu, select “Options” and then the “Privacy” tab (the browser gives you the option of marking that you do not want to be tracked at all or remove individual cookies of specific sites).

Microsoft Internet Explorer: in the “Tools” menu, select “Internet Options” and then the “Privacy” tab (with a special slider you can adjust the overall privacy level or use the “Website” button to manage the settings of individual websites).

Google Chrome: In the hidden menu under three horizontal dashes, in the upper right corner of the browser, select “Tools” and then “Clear browsing data …”. In addition to the possibility of cleaning cookies, there is a link “More information”, which leads to a detailed description of the privacy functions of the browser.

Opera: Use the “Opera” button in the upper left corner to open the menu and select “Settings” and then “Clear your browsing history …” (in addition to the option of deleting the already set cookies, there is also a button “Manage cookies …” leading to more advanced options for individual websites).

Apple Safari: In the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences” and then the “Privacy” tab (you will find numerous options for cookies there).

For mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices: Each phone model can manage this function in a different way. You are therefore advised to read the privacy options in the documentation on the website of the manufacturer of your mobile device.

At a request from the operator of our website, Google will use this information to analyse the use of the website, prepare reports on the activity on the website, and to provide the website operator with other services related to the use of the website and the Internet. Google does not connect the IP address transmitted to Google Analytics by the browser with other data. Saving cookies can be blocked using the appropriate settings in the browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may be unable to take full advantage of all the features of the website.
